By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use GenVision
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough to form a binding contract in your location. If you're using GenVision on behalf of someone else or an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms for them.
2. Your account
- Provide accurate information when you register, and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password and any two-factor authentication method secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
3. What GenVision does
GenVision is an accessibility tool that helps you apply personalized display settings — such as text size, contrast, color adjustments, and magnification — to make your device easier to see. It includes an in-app comfort/clarity check used to recommend settings, the ability to save and switch profiles, and optional suggestions for local eye-care providers and eyewear.
4. Acceptable use
When using GenVision, please don't:
- Break the law, or use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
- Misuse another person's account or impersonate anyone.
5. Third-party services, links, and the affiliate marketplace
GenVision relies on third-party services to operate, and may show featured eye-care providers, eyewear brands, and other partners. Some links and listings are affiliate or sponsored placements, and we may earn a commission or fee when you interact with or purchase from them. We don't control third-party products, services, websites, or content, and we're not responsible for them. Any transaction you make with a third party is between you and that third party, subject to their terms and policies.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the GenVision name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You keep ownership of the content you provide (such as your profile information), and you grant us the permissions we need to operate the Service for you.
7. Availability and changes
We're actively building GenVision, so features may change, be added, or be removed, and the Service may be unavailable from time to time. We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service, and we'll try to give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular accessibility result will be achieved on every app, website, or device.
9. Limitation of liability
